When making the hole (HOL command) you can select the option "Make copies" and enter a distance between copies. This way you create a line of the required 36 holes. If you then add these 36 holes into a group (3GR command), you will be able to copy all these holes (using the STC command) into the second direction, thus getting a 36x10 pattern. btw: You can also create such a solid by extruding a 2D profile. In 2D, you can use the tool "Array Copy" (see 2D menu: Edit > Transform > Array Copy), which allows to create the 36x10 pattern at a stroke. Marek |

I have a cube and I want to make through holes to one of its surfaces. The thing is I need to make 360 holes in a 36x10 pattern, with same distance between their centers. What's the VariCAD way of doing this? In SolidWorks I think they are called linear patterns. Thank you |
