Either angular location, or radius, but not both. |

With more experimentation I am able to constrain a hole's angular location. I first moved the insertion point of the hole to the center about which I want the rotation to occur. An additional rotation is set to a parameter. At first I had not constrained the insertion point axis, so when I changed the parameter only the axis turned, not the hole. When I constrained the insertion point axis, changing the parameter changed the angular location of the hole. But now I can't constrain the distance from the rotation center. The insertion point is now in the wrong place. I suppose I could constrain the x and y distances from the rotation center using a little bit of trigonometry, but that seems the long way around the problem. Carl Helquist |

Is there a way to add constraints for the angular location of holes in a bolt circle? I am able to constrain the bolt circle diameter, but haven't been able to do the same for angular location. Thanks, Carl Helquist |
